I know.
I apologize for not updating my blog on time but these days, I'm feeling a bit lethargic.
Anyway, I went to the China Town in Binondo last weekend to see how the Chinese celebrate their New Year. I was my first time to go there so I didn't know what to expect.
I arrived at almost 12PM. The streets were so crowded it was very difficult to get around the area.
I discovered a new mall a couple of blocks away from Binondo Church. "Lucky Chinatown Mall" is the name.
I think everyone of us wants to know about our fortune this year, so let me share to you about the Feng Shui tips and predictions for the year 2013. CLICK HERE!
I went back to the 'real' Chinatown to enjoy the celebration. I was welcomed by a fire-breathing tranny in Ongpin. I wonder if he/she enjoys what he/she was doing. It must be tough doing the act while under the scorching sun.
I went to the famous "Eng BeeTin" to try out some of their delicacies but there were so many people waiting in line. (~.~) I'm an impatient person so I just decided to buy a siopao from a lady along the sidewalk.
Here are some other pictures I took during the parade.
